At work right now so i can\'t leave my comment in chinese but after this chapter, I just really wanted to say that no one is perfect. Wei\'s son is 16-18 years old (I think?), that\'s over ten years of love in a place where any sort of attachment is rare and potentially dangerous (meanwhile, Yong has only been around for less than a year?). Besides, Wei\'s son is not a bad person. In fact, despite his weaknesses, he has been a good son to Wei. I think it makes a lot more sense for Wei to choose her son. Yong has made sacrifices but at the same time, Wei has never demanded that Yong make these sacrifices; Wei has always had to passively take the responsibility of these consequences. Not trying to make Wei sound ungrateful but that is a lot of pressure.
While i completely disgree with what Wei has done but to a certain extent, I think we have all over idealized Wei just as Yong has. Wei\'s life has been completely turned upside down since Yong came into it. Wei is only human. She makes mistakes. And I truly believe that Yong loves Wei enough to get over this. I would definitely prefer Yong NOT to get pregnant, that\'s my only request to you Ming. But if Yong does get pregnant, I will accept it too. You are the author and I will respect whatever decisions you make. So though there has been a lot of negative reactions to this turn of events, please continue to stay true to the story that you have in mind and don\'t get discouraged. This is your story. your characters. You do what you think is right. I love this novel (just as I liked Da guan) and will continue to read it until the end!
