SCENE 1: An old house in countryside.
　　(Midnight; in the living room; all the things are in silent instead of a television; there are two children lying in a sofa in front of the television,you, a 16-year-old girl and a boy about 13 years old names Ted. Both of you seem to wait for somebody.)
　　Ted: Tina, I’m tired. May I go back to my room?
　　You: No,you have to stay at here until dad and mum come back.
　　Ted: Why we must waiting for them? It’s too late and dad said that child should go to sleep before 10 o’clock. But you see, it’s midnight already. Let’s go to bed room.
　　You: No, we have to stay at here or there is nobody can open the front door for them. You see, they lost their key at home.(Point at a key on the table)
　　Ted: So,you can wait for them byyourself, I won’t want to stay at here anymore. I’m really tired and I can’t stand that boring TV show.
　　You (think for period of time): Okay,you may go to your bed room. I’ll stay here until our parents come back. Good night.
　　Ted (yawns): Good night.(Goes to the bed room)
　　(Ted goes through the aisle and going to sleep. Suddenly he hears his parents’ voice but he can’t hear it clearly. He keeps going to the bed room and hears their voice again.)
　　Ted: Mum? When did you come back?
　　(Ted turns back and realized that his parents are not here. Actually they haven’t come back yet.)
　　Ted (says to him self): It might be my hallucination.(Keeps walking)
　　(The door of bed room opens in front of Ted without anybody opens it.)
　　Ted: That’s a kind of strange, there is no wind tonight. I feel something will happen and I’d better tell it to my sister.
　　(Ted comes back to the living room.)
　　You (surprised): What’s wrong with you, Ted? Whyyou come back? Your face looks not very good.
　　Ted: Tina, I saw something that is very strange happened around me. Maybe there will be some bad things happen.
　　You: Pardon? Do you now what are you talking about? (Touch Ted’s forehead) You don’t have a fever, do you? Maybe you are still in your dream.
　　Ted (angrily): No, I’m in clear-head. Please listen to me, Tina.
　　You (sigh): Okay, I’m listening. But I still believing there is something wrong with you.
　　Ted: I’m not joking, but I really heard that our parents speak to me when I was on the way to the bed room.
　　(You want to have a disagreement with him but you stop yourself.)
　　Ted (keeps talking): Of course I thought it might be my hallucination at first, but one second latter, I heard it again, and it must be our mum’s voice.
　　You (scared): What?! But mum and dad have come back yet! I promise that I didn’t leave here even for one second! It’s impossible!
　　Ted: But after that, the door of bed room opened in front of me without anyone touched it! How can you explain that?
　　You: It may just be opened by wind.
　　Ted: I promised there was no wind.
　　(You stare at each other and feel a little scary.)
　　Ted (suddenly): I hear their voice again!
　　You (scared): What?
　　Ted: Hear, the voice is louder and louder, they are coming closer and closer…
　　You (tremble): Yes, I can hear that, too.
　　Ted (tremble): What can we do, Tina?
　　You: I don’t know either. Maybe our parents had some accident outside and now their spirits come back to find us…
　　Ted (cry): Don’t make me scared, Tina!
　　(Suddenly, the door of living room opens and their parents show up.)
　　Ted and you: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
　　Father (scared): What’s up, my dear children?
　　Mother: You scared them.
　　You (tremble): Are…Are you a ghost?
　　Father: What are you talking about? Were there some scary things happen? We came out of our room just now.
　　Ted: It’s impossible! Tina said she was waiting for you at the living room and she didn’t see you come back! You must be ghosts!
　　Father (smile): What! We just came back and we saw Tina was felling in sleep at the sofa! By the way, if you put your key on the table,you may forget to take it when you go to school tomorrow.
